She was in an orphanage since she was little until Isshin Arima adopted her and took her into his care, thus allowing her to become an admirable maid. She has sworn an oath to serve the Arima family and that she feels privileged to be assigned as the head maid that will be serving Teppei, the next heir to the Arima Group.
