Kohta is a second year high school student who is often bullied for being a stocky nerd and gun otaku. Despite his appearance Kohta proves himself to be a valuable asset against the undead because of his vast knowledge of military weaponry and marksman shooting. While he normally prefers to hide in the background he stands out at times of battle. Without him Takashi and the rest of the group would likely fall victim to the zombie apocalypse.
