She is rather childish, in contrast to Suì-Fēng, who is very serious except until someone mentions or she's near her former mentor Yoruichi Shihōin. Suzumebachi hates men, often calls them worthless. She doesn't like Suì-Fēng either, as she says her reason for leaving Suì-Fēng is because she desired to express her own sense of fashion, even complaining that Suì-Fēng's clothes were boring.
