Synopsis
Are story starts with Tatsumi Saiga a former war photographer. He one day hears rumors of wealthy people club called Roppongi Club. He decides to investigate and what he finds is that the club has a supposed goddess which he finds out is a 15 year old girl. As he is about to die she kisses him and he finds out he was granted the power to kill things he photographs.
