Synopsis: Misaki has just moved to Tokyo and is awed by a public broadcast of an Angelic Layer tournament. After watching the battle Misaki becomes enthralled by the battle doll angel Athena and runs off to buy her very own angel which she names Hikaru.
Despite being new to Angelic Layer Misaki and Hikaru show great potential and meet new friends. Misaki's talents may soon draw her closer to discovering the secret behind Angelic Layer.
