Synopsis
Sonia Summers is a young detective that has been transferred to the outskirts of the port city Libra after embarrassing her superiors. Libra is two cities rolled into one; the "Upper", is a center of wealth and politics while the "Outside" is the slums, full of crime, corruption, and unexplained incidents involving monstrosities.
