Synopsis
Anthem is a dangerous new drug that has been sweeping the once peaceful city-state of Lisvalletta. The side effects of this drug lets the user go into an "overdrive" state, where they mutate into horrible monsters that have inhuman abilities. The police are powerless to stop them, thus the new investigation unit "Seven-O" was formed. This high tech unit operates under the patented "double decker" system which allows them to operate in pairs to ensure their suvival in the toughest crime scenes.
