Synopsis: Kouyama Mitsuki has been informed by two Shinigami, Takuto and Meroko, that she only has one year left to live. Now Mitsuki must do everything within her power to keep her promise with her close childhood friend Eichi which whom she secretly loves. With the help of Takuto Mitsuki is able to temporarily avoid her illness, a malignant tumor in the her throat, and become a sixteen year old girl known as Full Moon. Now as Full Moon Mitsuki strives to become a famous singer in order to get Eichi's attention so they can meet together once again and keep her promise to become a singer.
