Synopsis
In the not so distant future all of civilized inhabitants of earth live in huge cities on flying ships, due to the planet becoming very hostile place. Japan has been broken down into distinct feudal territories which are owned by different countries. The ship, Musashi holds the remaining survivors of Japan and is in a power struggle with the other territories. Most of the students attending school have special powers, and try not to disrupt the usually peaceful city with their antics.
