Synopsis
Hell is being run like a bureaucracy and is running smoother than ever thanks to Hoozuki, chief deputy of Lord Enma the King of Hell. Hoozuki is calm and rather super-sadistic but very efficient in everything he does. Whether offering counsel or the Momotarou of Japapnese folklore or receiving diplomatic missions from the Judeo-Christian Hell, he is the demon who runs the show from the shadows and is ready to beat down any challenges that may arise.
