Synopsis
A conflict between rival nations is looming. Zhcted is one of these countries, and its seven regions are ruled by Vanadis, or War Maidens. Eleonora "Elen" Viltaria, one of the Vanadis, leads an attack on Brune, their neighboring enemy country, armed with powerful dragon-carved weapons. Tigrevurmud "Tigre" Vorn, a teenage archer and earl of Brune's Alsace province, eventually has his entire army slaughtered by Elen. Elen spares Tigre and orders him to "Become mine!" in an unusual turn of events. What is the significance of this new alliance?
