Synopsis
There is a team of people that specialize in solving cases that involve the ominous occult creatures of the night that are usually unseen by ordinary humans called The Nocturnal Community Relations Division.Arata Miyako is a young man who was unsuspectingly been reassigned to the Shinjuku Ward office of the division. On his first night, Arata finds himself on a mission that surprises him and makes him re-evaluate his mental stability. Not only is he seeing supernatural creatures that he once thought to be fictional, but he's the only human that can understand what they are saying!
