Synopsis
This OVA takes place in the Bubblegum Crisis Universe. There is a secret division of the police department called branch. Branch specialized in cases that involved humanoid robots called boomers. Branch officer Buzz had a very bad experience while on duty with a boomer and thus hates partnering with any of them. Him and officer Michaelson must find out who is infecting the boomers; causing the boomers to act crazy and criminally.
