Synopsis
After a cease-fire the war between the Royal Empire and Republic of Frost comes to an end. After three years the Empire is still recovering from the war as people fight off starvation and former soldiers are finding to find their place within society. To help with the recovery efforts 2nd Lieutenant Alice L. Malvin and the rest of Section III, also known as Pumpkin Scissors, must work together, but must also manage with the other Sections who look down upon them as being a waste of resources and only there as a source of propaganda. Alice and the rest of the section are soon joined by Randel Oland, a veteran of the prior war whom holds a mysterious past. Pumpkin Scissors must now continue their war relief efforts while trying to prove that they are more than just mere propaganda.
