Synopsis
Vienna City is a very peaceful and tranquil city, but that about to change as a "meteorite" crashes into the sea just off of the island shores. This grabs the attention of both the military and a young man wearing blue to the bay. They are both searching for it, but the young man seems to think it's something entirely different. The young man's name is Lance, a Dragon Caller also known as the Ice Prince. He's there with his companion Devi to help take care of a couple dragons.
