Synopsis
In the year 2050 there is a young engineer named Derrida Yvain. He became famous for his contributions in the development of the "Autonomous Machine DZ" at Rebuild, the manufacturing company that was created by his father. One day Derrida and his colleague Nathan discover a fatal flaw in the DZ's and try to warn their boss, but were unfortunately ignored. Although Derrida and Nathan are aware of the inherent danger that the flaw would bring, they decide to not do anything, and instead go to Nathan's daughter Mage's birthday party. Completely oblivious to dangers around them the next day, they are suddenly attacked by unknown forces, and Nathan gets brutally murdered in front of Derrida, and then somehow escaping, he falls into an underground bunker, and accidentally triggers a cold sleep machine which doesn't release him for ten years. He wakes up to a war stricken world that has been taken over by the uncontrollable DZs.
