Synopsis
The Goddess of Victory; or also known by Rio Rollins is a card dealer who works for Tom Howard at his casino resort. She strives to follow in the footsteps of her missing mother to become the Most Valuable Casino Dealer or MVCD. For her to do this, she must collect all thirteen magical cards that are named "Gates". Each gate has it's own challenges that Rio must overcome to become the ultimate MVCD.
