Synopsis
A new transfer student Rikka Hiiragi has the ability to understand X-Eggs and has been selected to be a Guardian Apprentice along with Hikaru Ichinomiya who has transfered to the school to learn to connect with "commoners." As the story continues from where it was left off the Guardians are now focused on protecting the students heart eggs along with their dreams. Rikka though has been secretly using her room as a safe heaven to X-Eggs in which she hopes to help. Unlike the prior two Shugo Chara! Shugo Chara! Party is mixed with Live-Action segments, two short stories, and the normal episodes at a shorter length.
