Synopsis
Kinji Ninomiya has finally realized his goals of living a self-sustaining NEET lifestyle after years of hard labor. Kinji prepares his new, slothful existence by looking down on ordinary people commuting during a hurricane from the penthouse of one of his apartment complexes. All of his hard work, however, is undone when a doorway forms beneath him seemingly out of nowhere. Kinji is summoned to another world and forced to serve for a mining business that is simply concerned with profits and has no regard for the safety and well-being of its workers. He begins inventing methods to get rich quickly, building relationships with others in this new society, and making his best attempts to flee the strenuous corporate life, refusing to live in such conditions. Will Kinji be able to overcome his financial constraints and reclaim his financial independence?
