Synopsis
To Aru Kagaku no Railgun is a side story of Toaru Majutsu no Index. Academy City, a city where 80% of its 230,000 citizens are students. In those 230,000 is Misaka Mikoto, an electromaster who is the third of the seven strongest espers, and her friends: Kuroko Shirai a teleporter and a member of the safety committee Judgment, Kuroko's partner Kazari Uiharu with the power to conserve an objects' temperature upon touch, and Ruiko Saten who is a level zero esper with no powers. The four of them live their normal lives as espers as they encounter adventures in the scientific town of Academy City.
