Synopsis
The earth is divided between two kingdoms: the Kingdom of White, which floats in the heavens and is ruled by their queen Iris, and the Kingdom of Black, which is ruled by the King of Darkness and stands on the desolate land below. Forces of evil have recently accumulated enormous power, posing a threat to the entire planet. Iris' job as the foremost representative of the Light is to keep the world in balance and fight the darkness in her domain. Meanwhile, marauding monsters destroy a young boy's hamlet in the Kingdom of Black, leaving him as the sole survivor. An armored guy named Skeer finds the boy and consoles him as he grieves in despair. Skeer recognizes the boy's potential to overturn the kingdom's status quo and names him his successor shortly before his death. The youngster then swears to become the Prince of Darkness, the one who will succeed the King and restore the universe to its proper course.
