Several bugs were fixed with the image upload feature.

These fixes corrected:
1) Icon image error message for incorrect dimensions.
2) Not updating the image icon image preview when image changed.
3) Preventing users from uploading more than 4 images when submitting images on a new entry.

We will continue to stomp out these bugs as the site progresses! Remember to report any errors/bugs to the forum!
