Several minor forum problems were fixed.

• Fixed user link on main forum page.
• Fixed created column on main forum page.
• Fixed refresh status gif positioning problem.

At this time there may be several other problems that will need to be fixed. Be sure to report any problems with the forum so that we can address these issues as soon as possible.
