After a lot of thought and killing myself over picking the right content rating I've come to a conclusion. TV Parental Guidelines, and the MPAA Ratings all suck!
I'm all for content ratings. I feel it's important to be able to distinguish works. I also feel it's important to have credibility. But who says you need a governing body for something to be credible? I'm in no means trying to create a revolution, but I
feel that there is a need to have a way for the average joy to say, "I made this neat little video and want to share it with people but I also want everyone to know it may not be suitable for everyone." or "Hey, I have no $%&! what this anime was rated! But
I don't want my kids watching Gantz!"
So I'll be branding my own content rating system and one that anyone will be free to use. In fact it'll be just like the ESRB, in reality it will be an "unofficial ESRB" rating. It's been a while since I've been hyped over a project for the site. Even more
hyped how simple it'll be. ^_^
Until next time. Your friendly webmaster,
Nyo
