Anju is the youngest in the Maaka family. She is very proficient with handling bats (her parents call her a prodigy), and is quiet and very mature for her age. She can use her bats to be her eyes during the day because she hasn't built up a resistance to the sun and can only go outside when it's cloudy or dusk or when she's wearing heavy "goth" clothing.
