Synopsis
While only being a young boy Jing is actually one of the most feared thieves on the planet with the title "King of Bandits." His name lives in legion as many cannot believe that a kid could be such a feared thief. Jing will steal anything regardless of the difficulty of the heist. Along with him he has his partner Kir who is actually a bird. Despite his big mouth Kir proves to be a valuable asset to Jing since when Jing's in a pinch Kir can bond to Jing's arm creating the deadly "Kir Royale" attack.
