Synopsis
Crime unfolds in the archipelagic nation of Cermonia. Koku has been severely and genetically altered his entire young life. Keith is a legendary investigator of the royal police force RIS. He has a rather unorthodox way of thinking, but not only does he think outside the box, but he's rarely seen being "normal". A mysterious criminal organization is using a wide variety of its members to race through the fortified city as it is also plagued by the brutal murders done by Killer B.
