Synopsis
The last memory of a haughty scientist who wakes up in a muddy pigpen is of him consuming raw pig liver and passing out in the subway. He soon discovers that he has changed into a pig and that he is in a weird fantasy world. He needs help from a young girl named Jess as she helps him understand reality. Jess is a member of the elite class of servants known as Yesmas, who are identified by their silver collars around their necks and their telepathic powers. Jess makes sacrifices for his benefit despite his inappropriate ideas about her, and the pig decides to give her back as much as he can given the constraints of his new body. The pig starts to believe that Jess is in more danger than she realizes because of her kindness, but Jess is not exempt from the prejudice the Yesmas must deal with on a regular basis. The pig understands that he cannot simply abandon his generous savior, even though he still longs to travel to the royal capital and plead with the king to transform him back.
