Synopsis
It has been fifteen years ago since the mysterious portal to another world opened up in the Pacific Ocean. From the portal came beings known as the Semanians. These beings brought with them an entirely different culture, but not only that, they brought magic with them too! As a result of this encounter, the city of San-Teresa was built, which is home to both species Semanians and Earthlings. Although the city is very prosperous, the sudden intermingling of races has given rise to a dangerous criminal underworld. Kei Matoba is one of the best amongst the members of the San-Teresa Metropolitan Police.
