Synopsis
After noticing the Dragon Balls have been gathered together Gohan and Oolang adventure out to the frozen Tsumisumbri Mountains. But before they are able to reach the Dragon Balls Dr. Kochin has summoned Shenron and wishes for his mentor Dr. Wheelo to be released from his icy prison. Now freed Dr. Wheelo seeks out the world's strongest in order to steal their body as his replacement. With no other choice Goku will need to fight off Dr. Kochin's army to free his friends.
