Synopsis
Kodaka Hasegawa recently changed schools to attend the catholic St. Chronica's Academy. He finds it extremely difficult to make friends at this school, as well as regrettably in every other school he has ever attended. Making friends is an extremely difficult challenge for him due to his abnormally dirty blonde hair and intimidating-looking eyes. Kodaka leaves his exercise bag in his classroom one day and returns to recover it. When he arrives, he sees Yozora Mikazuki, who is also alone herself, conversing with her imaginary companion Tomo. Now that they are both aware of how little social interaction they have, they both decide that something needs to be done about it. The Neighbor's Club was founded by them. A group that will assist new members in making friends.
