Young-Adult titles may include any non-pornographic or intensively violent content. These include war genres which have in depth description of fatal battle wounds, but do not go as far as to push violence to its limits. Drug and alcohol references are common as well as any other content. Young-Adult films may not include content that questions what is acceptable in films with highly suggestive content or any pornographic material.

Synopsis: In the year 2010, 5 hyper hurricanes form all over the world causing catastrophic damage. 5 billion people lost their lives, decreasing the worlds population to 3 billion. Almost everything was wiped out. Countries were frozen under solid ice, plains sank beneath seas, the world was changed dramatically. Human civilization enters a chaotic era. Poverty spread outside the ecomomic zones and slums were widespread. The ruling class called themselves Logos and maintained their position by force. They call the poor Revenus, who are exiled to live outside the special economic areas. Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin, escape from Phantom, a force organised to watch Revenus and to suppress renegade elements of the Logos.
