Synopsis
Seeing first hand what a suicide terrorist with a bomb can do, Constable Kazuki Fuse becomes haunted by the memory of the young girl who threw away her life. With such haunting memories affecting his actions, he is then forced to undergo retraining in the Capital Police Special Unit. However, unknown to him, he becomes a key player in a dispute between Capital and Local Police forces, as he finds himself increasingly involved with the terrorist bomber's sister.
