Synopsis
In the not so distant future, a city much like your own, is guarded by an elite super being called the Karas. The city (Shijuku) is being plagued by numerous, oddly bizarre murders. The victims seem to be completely drained of all their bodily fluids, and nobody except for the head detective (Sagisaka Minoru) has any clue as to what's going on. The city is crying out for help, the current Karas hates what the city has become and refuses to do anything. Only a new Karas can help them now, but will he arrive in time?
