Synopsis
At the private high school Hekiyo Gakuen the student council members are selected based on popular vote. As a result the council consist of only the most most popular and good looking girls in the school. However, to balance this the school has implemented the "honor student system" in which the top student from each grade is selected to become part of the student council. In order to squeeze his way into being surrounded by beautiful women, Ken Sugisaki has crammed his way to becoming the only male student in the council. With his foot in the door he is one step closer to achieving his dream of creating his very own harem.
