Synopsis
Haimura Kiri one day by chance meets Iwai or otherwise know as The Hair Queen. Kiri has a problem in which he loves to cut hair but Iwai says her hair is uncut-able due to a curse. But when Kiri tries to cut her hair with his special scissors it works.
