Synopsis
After several weeks of being tortured at the hands of Aogiri Tree, Kaneki emerges as a changed ghoul. He is no longer the conflicted young man who was struggling with his hunger, but embraces his ghoul side and goes through a ravenous feeding frenzy, even going so far as to devour other ghouls to obtain their power. He then joins the very organization that attempted to break him, Aogiri Tree, and the ghoul faction quickly gets caught up in a war between other ghoul factions and even the CCG.
