Synopsis
In the Edo period, in the Fukagawa ward of old Edo which would be present day Tokyo, residents rent everyday items such as pots, futons, and even clothing; due to the area prone to fires and flooding. Okō and Seiji are family members who run such a rental shop called Izumoya. Though they have mostly what everyone would need, they also have a few curious items that are tsukumogami, objects that have turned into spirits after hundreds of years of existence. Okō and Seiji use these sentient beings to help solve mysterious cases of lost property or even lost love.
