Synopsis
Ever since being a child Kazuma Azuma has been on his quest to create a national bread for Japan called "Ja-Pan." In order to pursue his dream he heads off to Tokyo to compete for a job at Pantasia. To achieve his dreams Azuma will need to prove his abilities by demonstrating his unique creativity and expertise in bread making. The only thing is that the world of bread making is a lot more intense than Azuma could have ever imagined.
