Synopsis
Sakamichi Onoda has got into High School and wanted to join the Anime Club only find it dis-banned. He needs at least four people to establish it as a club again. Ever since he was a kid he rode his mamachari and is now second hand to him as he drives it every week to Akihabara to find Otaku Things. Shunsuke Imaizumi, a fellow freshman sees Onoda's skills and trys to convince him to join the bicycle racing club. But will he?
