Synopsis
After the "Great Uprising" in the Kanazawa prefecture near Tokyo a secluded area called the Lost Ground was created. In the Lost Ground a very small number of humans are born with unique special abilities called Alters. Years after the creation of the Lost Ground the Alters have split into two groups, HOLY and the Native Alters. HOLY consist of a government force comprising only of Alter users. Kazuma is a reckless Alter user that ends up being forced into fighting HOLY when they start trying to capture Native Alters for their own purposes. In order to protect his friends he must fight against HOLY and strengthen his Alter powers.
